Esther offers an immersive 5 month program to put women (in their final year of graduation) on an accelerated trajectory to be workforce ready and streamline their job discovery process. There are 4 pillars to the program - 21st century + Life skills, career readiness, mentorship and experiential learning (this is the capstone of the program - culminating in an internship or a project experience).
