A systemic change intervention through a hybrid model in which physical interaction with farmer and institutions and a digital platform work in close relation. Physical AquaSchools develop farmers’ skills and bring micro- entrepreneurship with support of mainstream program, whereas IT enabled e-learning modules, collaborations, a set of micro services enables local community to scale their business models. The process brings rural aquaculture specific incubation process among youth, women and graduated farmers from AquaSchool platform, building skill and entrepreneurship acumen among community members.
