Bharath has spent over 10 years in the education sector. He started as a teacher at Indus International School, and later went on to teach and impact the lives of children from vulnerable communities as a Teach for India Fellow. Over the last 7 years, in his roles at the India School Leadership Institute and Thermax foundation, he has been involved in launching and scaling professional development programs for educators by leading high performing teams. Bharath holds a Master of Science degree in Microbiology from St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore.
