Sudha leads N/Core and related initiatives to attract and develop top talent working on problems of poverty. She started her career in the technology sector, and spent 16 years in various leadership roles spanning business operations, engineering and organizational development. Her passion is in enabling organizations to ramp in scale and competence to achieve audacious goals. She was therefore attracted to the development sector and the immense opportunities it offers for organizations to innovate and grow their impact.
Sudha is an engineer, and MBA from IIM Lucknow.
