Born at MIT and Harvard, Manush Labs is an impact accelerator for underserved Indian innovators & entrepreneurs from tier 2 cities. It aims to empower impact driven innovators and entrepreneurs to nurture their ideas into equitable and scalable solutions while democratizing access to mentoring, funding, and network building within the innovation ecosystem. The program integrates systems thinking, design thinking, creative capacity building, and collaborative peer learning and problem-solving. In addition to their accelerator, Manush Labs is currently developing a series of products and services for underserved innovators of India.
Piyush is an entrepreneur and researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He is passionate about developing design and business solutions for social impact in resource-constrained environments. Piyush was a Tata Fellow at MIT and worked with the world bank and government of Maharashtra to remodel rural water planning in India. Piyush has a background in architecture, design and innovation. He has worked with architect BV Doshi, and at IBM R&D Germany, among others.
