About

Tarkeybein (tar-kee-bay) is an Urdu word which literally means "Ideas"- possibilities to us! Tarkeybein Education Foundation (TEF), is a social impact organisation with a vision to shape a world full of possibilities for students and teachers by bringing them our platforms and toolkits. They are building cluster level academic platforms for primary & upper primary government schools with strong learning frameworks & principles institutionalised to maximise Learning Outcomes. They have helped 6000 children transition from a rote learning approach to building their capabilities and have engaged 60 teachers in redefining classroom processes.

Akanksha Agarwal

Akanksha Agarwal is driven by her passion for learning and equity. She has worked as the Research Head at Design for Change, Global Team. She is a Gandhi Fellow, M.A Development Studies, TISS, and B.A (Honours) English Literature, Miranda House, Delhi University.

Gourav Rajoria

Gourav Rajoria, a graduate from Delhi, has been with Tarkeybein since inception donning various hats. He takes responsibility for managing the program operations. He is a fast learner and is currently in charge of Sakrodh cluster transformation project in Bagpath and accounts maintenance.

Jaideep Rao

Jaideep Rao hails from small Tulu speaking temple town in Karnataka – Udupi. Coming from a strong tech background he transitioned from corporate to development sector in 2016 to understand & contribute systematically in Indian Public Education system.
